What I did this week #1!

Hi!

I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day!
As you might know from my previous post, it was my boyfriends birthday on Valentine's Day. So instead of celebrating V-day, we celebrated his birthday :)

But first some photo's of last Saturday. We went eating Chinese! Finally, cause we've been planning to do this for quite some time. But it was totally disappointing :( The food wasn't that delicious, the restaurant itself was kind of empty and you had to go and search the waitress if you wanted something.

Then, Birthday/Valentine's Day!

I made some cake pops for me and the mister and I can tell you, they were as delicious as they looked! 

After baking them, I kept them in my room along with the rest of his presents and my room was smelling so good! 

Did I tell you how amazingly sweet he is?

Well, he is! 

Really! 

He had to leave and go home :( So after he left, I went back to my room to get my mac. He had placed post-its on my mac and my cushion with the sweetest notes ever! 

Why? Well, we both agreed not to do anything for Valentine's Day cause it's his birthday. But he decided to leave those post-it notes for me, just to do something small. So sweet!

Today I had to make 35 cupcakes for my mum. She needed them to give them to some local seniors that come together every thursday afternoon to play some games from when they were young.

Still without topping, topping will be done when they arrive at the place.

Oh, and Wouter and I took an instax photo! (yes, it's the 16th again) It would have been a perfect one (he gives me a kiss on my cheek) but the lightning is totally off :( I think the flash was to strong in this one. I will try to upload it soon! (You can see last on here)

Tomorrow I need to go to a funeral :(

And Saturday is my boyfriends birthday party! 

So I probably won't post anything until Monday.

An Instax a month #1!

Hi there

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I'm ill again, I'm sneezing like almost all the time and I have a huge pile of handkerchiefs next to me :( And my iphone is gone for 3 weeks for repair cause the home button wasn't working well. Maybe it's silly to say, but I kinda really miss my phone :( I'm using my old samsung now until I have my iphone back, and I hate it.

That being said, I would like to show you that although it's already the 23 of January, I did took an instax of me and my boyfriend on the 16th (well, not exactly the 16th, we took it the 18th, cause we didn't see each other on the 16th) (see my goals)

But first I will show you some instax photo's I took of us in 2011:

This one was taken when I just got my instax,
so obviously I still had to figure out how to work with it,
but I still kinda like the result

I like that the whole photo is filled with our face and
that there isn't any background showing

We were both wearing the same Super Mario shirt, but you can't see mine at all

This is the instax we took a couple of days ago. It's kinda weird looking, cause my boyfriend seems to be very small here, but I think that's just because I was taking the photo and the angle made him look smaller then me :)

I took all of these photo's with my Instax 210.

I just scanned these photo's, but maybe it was a better idea to take a photo of these instax photo's, I will probably try that next time and see what works best to show them.

Rock Werchter!

Yes, we went to Rock Werchter (festival in Belgium) and of course I took my actionsampler (and my robot3 and a disposable camera).

So here are some photo's I took with my actionsampler. I will do another post for my disposable camera and robot3 as soon as I got those photo's back from developing.

A trip to the park!

Hi there!

My boyfriend and I are together for one year and almost one month now (16 of june) and for our first anniversary he bought me an actionsampler (which I love to pieces!!!)

So here are some photos I took in a park.

I love animals, but they are hard to capture exactly like you wish.

It's a bit to dark, but I actually really like this photo because of the movement.

As you can see, I need to practice some more with this camera, but I already like the result.
